The DAF XF and DAF CF models have been honored with the prestigious Good Design Award in the category of "Outstanding Design and Innovation." The 55-member jury selected these winners from 835 different projects.
The annual Good Design Award is one of the oldest and most prestigious prizes in the field of design and innovation, established in 1958. It is worth noting that after the release of the new generation CF, LF, and XF models, they have garnered numerous international awards, including "International Truck of the Year," "Best Truck Fleet," "Green Truck of the Year," and "Best Construction Truck," among others.
The Good Design Awards jury commented on the DAF models: "They have created a new benchmark in style, functionality, safety, ecology, and efficiency. This innovative approach has enabled the company to develop a truck concept that considers the end-user, the business, and the environment."
Excellence and Refined Style
The interior design of the cabin resembles that of a luxury car, which the jury believes "adds sophistication to the truck." The truck's interior space is ergonomically optimized and allows for individual customization. It features durable materials and excellent vibration isolation, all contributing to maximum driver comfort.
Result of Diligent Work
According to Richard Zink, DAF's Marketing and Sales Director: "The Good Design Award is not just a sign of excellent design. For DAF Trucks, it represents recognition of our dedicated, hard work, resulting in the advancement of our clients' businesses and creating comfortable conditions for drivers."
